British artist / musician Jimmy Cauty , who has work antecedently with The Orb and The KLF , has created an incredible model of London after a horrific disaster — in the style of a miniature train circle . It ’s a persistent portrait of the city after it ’s been deplumate apart by riots and violence .
We are n’t sure what ’s take place , but it appears that London has been taken over by police who have just quell a massive uprising in the urban center ’s decaying infrastructure . Cauty on the face of it started by make a beautiful manikin of the city , complete with run lights , and then smashed it up to create the eery apocalyptic outcome .

A miniature post - apocalyptic earth , burned , pillaged and innocent of all human lifespan aside from a gallant of police make up british artist james cauty ’s ‘ the backwash dislocation principle part I ’ . the building is a vast 1:87 scale model detailing the a bleak , charred aftermath of what appears to have been a craze drunken revelry in london . the only visible public are the 5,000 or so police at the scene armed with vans and weapons ready to ascertain and quell . the whole scene is set into movement for the exhibition , as ambulance and street lights strobe in the dark . . . the artwork is a Cartesian product of months of working class intensive employment , building the manikin using traditional techniques . after its mop up , he shattered , smashed , and break the mental synthesis to emulate a destructive scene .
