This spurred a Swedish court last week torule thatthe Swedish Transport Agency , the parent agency of Sweden ’s mail service federal agency , was oblige to deliver permission plates to the EV party . A Swedish court decided that PostNord workers should not be thrust to turn in permit plates if they do n’t want to .
