Thomas JacobsandBecca Kufrinare still looking forward to their big day — even on the day it was initially meant to happen!
“Today was supposed to be our wedding day,” Jacobs, 31, captioned an image of himself and Kufrin, 33, in front of a sunset-lit beach. “Then, the best thing I ever could have asked for happened. Seeing you as Benny’s mom, you’re even more beautiful in this moment than I could’ve imagined.”
Next to the photo of the duo cozying up on the beach was an image of Kufrin, taken after childbirth, as she stared at their little one in the hospital.
“I love you more than I ever could have imagined,” Kufrin commented under her future husband’s post. “You and Benson are my greatest gifts (and Leo & Minno too 💖) thank you for our family.”
“Benson Lee Jacobs Kufrin cracked our hearts wide open on September 21, 2023,” they wrote. “No amount of words can begin to capture the amount of love and awe we have over this tiny man.”
“We are forever changed with this one’s abundance and can’t believe we are parents to this gift. Benson, Benny for short, is after the town where my father was born and raised. Lee is for Thomas’s father who sacrifices so much for this country and others.”
“And Jacobs Kufrin is pretty self explanatory but we wanted both parts of us to make this little one whole ❤️,” they wrote. “Now we’re off to go cry again over how much we love him.”
Jacobs and Kufrin announced theirengagementin May 2022, after Kufrin proposed to Jacobs. Months later, in October 2022,the couple got engagedonce more when Jacobs popped the question himself.
The duo announced they’d be welcoming their first child back in April, when they posed for a pic with their two pups and some ultrasound photos. “Party of 5 coming September 2023,” the two wrote at the time. “Little Bebe, we can’t wait to meet you, hold you, and watch you grow. We already love you to the moon and back - mom & dad.”
