I ’m hop-skip a carpenter’s plane to New Orleans this break of day , so Team Single Intern will be hold the fortress while I get down to CTIA . This time I ’m become as a client of Kodak to the ‘ Wireless Gala , ’ which I ’m sure will be just as fancy as it sounds , but of course I ’ll toss off around the show floor and check some stuff out , too . There ’s no editorial agreement at all with Kodak — just unspoiled old fashioned suction up — but they ’re paying for my hotel and flight of steps ( in theory ) . I believe the opportunity to lecture with some Kodak execs and perhaps see some new phones would be cool , specially if I ’m doing it full of rummy .
