Future Cops stars Andy Lau and his wife , Fan Bing Bing , as cops living in the class 2130 and Xu Jiao is their daughter . Lau move back in meter to 2080 and has part of his memory efface , and then he meets a romantic involvement , played by Barbie Hsu . Meanwhile , a terrorist loss leader ( Fan Siu Wong ) place his valet to kidnap a scientist ( Ma Jing Wu ) whom Lau and Fan are protecting at a Tang Dynasty artwork expo . And then there ’s the distaff villain Tang Yi Fei , who has the aforementioned scorpion , chiropteran , mantis and leopard parts .
