It ’s been nearly three weeks sinceForce Fridaycame along and ravaged the wallets of Star Wars fans ( myself include ) . Hot miniature intimately delivered a killing puff with the proclamation of their first Force Awakens figures that day , but now they ’re here to finish your notecase off once and for all with some gorgeous novel Snowtroopers !
Just like the First Order Stormtroopers that were let on on Force Friday , the 1:6 descale Snowtroopers , ground on the new pattern from The Force Awakens , come in two flavours : Officer and Standard oink .
There ’s not much to differ the figures — the officer comes with a reddish pauldron to refer his higher status , and a pair of binoculars single to the var. . It ’s fundamentally the toy combining weight of “ hey you need someone to run those other expensive action figures you just buy , so why not get this one ? ” .
The standard troopers are much the same , sans those aforementioned extras : like all Hot Toys figures , they add up with a clustering of extra hand to pose , and they get along with a chargeman rifle . This one ’s slightly different to the new blaster found on the Stormtroopers , because it has a stock add at the back . Maybe the Snowtroopers are essay to improve their aim a little more ? A stock would certainly aid !
But you ca n’t deny that these are some enceinte looking at toys . The plan of the First Order soldier has been great to see in all the teasers for The Force Awakens , but to see them embolden up closely in action figure form — specially in the amazing high detail of Hot Toys — you get to really appreciate all the little details that have gone into this newfangled innovation . These guys ( and gals ) look wild . pocketbook - ruinously wonderful !
Speaking of wallet ruin , if you require one ( or several ) of these figure , you ’ll have to wait a little while longer — they wo n’t be out until the midsection of next twelvemonth . When they are out , they ’ll be you a pretty cent : A standard Snowtrooper will cost$215 , an Officer$220 , and a bundle of one officer and one Snowtrooper$390 . Go on , you know you want two .
