Last week, news broke thatTristan Thompsonhad allegedly cheated onKhloé Kardashianwith her sisterKylie Jenner‘s best friend,Jordyn Woods. A few days later, Kim, 38, documented a“girls trip”on her Instagram Story with Khloé and her best friendMalika Haqq— and now, a source reveals to PEOPLE that they were headed to Palm Springs.
“Kim took Khloé to Palm Springs one night before the weekend so she could have a relaxing getaway,” says the source, adding that Khloé, 34, is “doing okay.”
“Her family continues to support her,” the source says. “Everyone is trying to cheer her up and be around to help. They all still talk a lot about what happened. Their opinion hasn’t changed — what happened between Tristan and Jordyn is inexcusable.”

“Kylie still seems torn,” the source says. “It’s going to be very difficult for her to cut Jordyn completely out of her life.”

Khloé and Thompson weathered their first public scandal last April, when photos and videos surfaced of the 27-year-old basketball player getting close to other women just days before shegave birthto their daughterTrue.
At the time, Kim was themost outspokenmember of the family about Thompson’s infidelities, calling the situation“so f—ed up”and predicting he would“never change.”
Though Khloé initiallyforgave him, they had been living apart since the fall, and a source told PEOPLE last week that things “never really went back to normal” between the couple since the first cheating scandal.
“When they first started hearing on Monday that Tristan made out with Jordyn, no one really believed it,” one source said. “That Tristan would be inappropriate, yes everyone knows that he can’t behave, but that Jordyn would make out with him, it first seemed like a made-up rumor.”
Another confirmed to PEOPLE that Woods, 21,moved out of Jenner’s house.
“It’s been a difficult time and she’s broken up about it,” the source said. “She’s heading home to be with her mom.”

Kardashianseemingly addressed the scandalon her Instagram Story on Sunday night, sharing a quote that read, “No matter how much a snake sheds skin. It’s still a snake.”
“Khloé is still hurt. Shestill can’t believethat Tristan hooked up with Jordyn,” a source told PEOPLE over the weekend. “Everyone thinks she will be better off now. Tristan won’t be able to hurt her again. For him to hook up with Jordyn is the ultimate betrayal.”
