Fellow top modelNaomi Campbellalso took to her Instagram Stories to share two frames for her friend and also shared acollection of photosof them from over the years on her grid. Alongside the photos, she wrote, “Happy 50 th birthday, little Wagon! I’m proud to welcome you to the fabulous fifties!”
She went on to call Kate her “chosen family,” saying she truly values all of their time together well beyond just work.

Makeup mogul Charlotte Tilbury, who has worked for years with Kate, also shared a few touching tributes for the model. Tilbury even shared avideomontage of their work together over the years with more words about her dear friend.
