Will.i.am, 48, reunited with Usher during the highly coveted performance spot and began rapping during “OMG.” Back in 2011, Usher also made a surprise appearance during the Black Eyed Peas' halftime show performance — where he sang the same hit song “OMG.”

Jermaine Dupri, 51, was another surprise guest during the performance. The artist hyped up the crowd before Usher launched into a mashup of “Confessions” and “Burn.”

Usher’s Super Bowl performance comes two days after he released his ninth studio album,Coming Home. Although his Las Vegas residencyended in December 2023, fans can expect to see him perform his new music on theUSHER: Past Present Future tour.
The tour is set to kick off Aug. 20 at the Capital One Arena in Washington, D.C., and will wrap at Chicago’s United Center on Oct. 29.
